I was referred to Dr. Mijares office after a fall that injured my shoulder. At my first visit he listened to what happened and referred me to get an MRI. The radiologist who read my results reports found nothing, however, when Dr Mijares looked at my results he found a piece of cartilage that had sheared off. Dr. Mijares advice was to have it remove and to also do some manipulation. He was very informative as to the procedure of my surgery. I’m so thankful that I followed his advice. My surgery was on a Friday. Dr Mijares called me the following morning (Saturday) to see how I was doing and give me instructions to start light therapy at home. I am 6 weeks post op and I’m doing better than I thought. Dr Mijares is a kind and caring Doctor. Each appt is never rushed. Thank you Dr Mijares for helping on my road to recovery.
